JACO PRODUCTS EXPANDS MACHINING
CAPABILITIES |

Jaco Products announces the expansion of
their machining capabilities with the
purchase of a new HAAS VF-5 Super Speed 5
Axis machining center.
The new HAAS offers a 12,000 RPM spindle and
up to 1200 inches per minute rapid travel.
This HAAS offers a 24 position tool changer,
saving multiple setups. The total travel
capacity is 50”x 26”x 25” (X,Y,Z), which can
house some of the largest machined plastic
components. The new HAAS offers accuracies
of +/-.0005” on repeatability and +/-.0005”
on feature to feature locations. Jaco’s in
house fixture design coupled with the new
HAAS 5 Axis machining center provides
exceptional repeatability.
Jaco grouped the new HAAS 5 axis machining
center with their current inventory of CNC
Vertical and CNC Turning centers to create a
highly efficient and effective machining
cell.
