Fixture Board Material

Our Fixture Board Material is well suited for various fixturing requirements.

The make up of this material is a paper base with a resin binder. It is considered a high pressure structural laminate with a hardness of 90 rockwell, M-Scale, flexural stength of 25,000 PSI.

Our Fixture Board Material can be milled, drilled, reamed, and tapped in any configuration for your fixturing needs.

Fixture Board Material is available in 1.00" thick sheets. Jaco has in house capabilities to provide a finished thickness tolerance of +/-.002".
